Race Commander allows pilots to keep track of their races in one convenient location.
Race Commander introduces pilot handicap. By creating a handicap for each pilot, all pilots, no matter their skill level, are able to compete. The race stats will show a raw score, indicating the total number of laps a pilot has accumulated throughout the course of a race. Race stats will also display other stats, such as score with handicap. Raw score can be used for those hard-core competitors who just want to race by lap count alone, while score with handicap makes races more enjoyable for times when pilots of mixed skill levels get together to race and have a good time. Don’t let the handicap scare you off. It can be used for competitive events as well. The choice is yours!
Included in RaceCommander is a Race Timer screen that allows one pilot to start/stop a race by touching the screen of their device. The Race Timer screen was designed to be as easy to use as possible while having one’s goggles on. You just need to be able to find your phone’s screen and touch it to manipulate (play/pause/stop) the race timer audio. Additionally, connecting your device to a Bluetooth speaker will boost audio so all participants are able to more easily hear the race audio commands.
